What Canvas Design makes
This skill makes posters and other one-page visual designs as image or PDF files. It works in two steps. First it writes a short design philosophy, like a manifesto for an art movement, with a name and a few paragraphs about form, color, space and rhythm. Then it paints the finished piece from that philosophy.
The result is mostly visual with very little text, and it is meant to look like careful expert work. A bundled set of fonts is included. After the first version, it does a second polishing pass for spacing and alignment. It can also make a multi-page version.
Best for: People who want original poster-style art, not a template with stock elements.

Questions about Canvas Design
Does it copy existing artists?
No. It is told to make original designs and not copy any existing artist's work.
Can I get the philosophy as well?
Yes. The philosophy is written as a separate text file along with the design.
Was this skill tested?
We ran it for a made-up jazz series called Blue Hour. It wrote a design philosophy called Indigo Ledger and drew a 2400x3600 poster with the skill's bundled fonts. It did not invent a club name, times or prices.
